Corporate Event SetRedwood took its leadership summit to Memphis for four days in April 2025 and wanted the people in the room to be the thing everyone took home. The set runs 176 cards — one person per card, individually numbered, with their name, role and business unit on the front.
The fronts are not headshots. Every photo was taken during the summit itself: someone laughing across a dinner table, someone holding a box they had just been handed. It reads like a yearbook shot by somebody who was actually there, which is why the set still means something to the people in it.
The backs go further than a name and a title. Each one carries the person’s business unit, their years of tenure, and a short written profile — then a Memphis panel underneath: the state outline, the Pyramid, a Peabody duck, and the line the whole summit ran on. Connection is everything.
Redwood came back the following year with a bigger room and a 249-card set, which has its own showcase.

Twenty cards to a foil pack, in a wrapper built around the host city as much as the company. Memphis gold and blue, the skyline running along the bottom edge, a guitar and a Legends Restaurant mark pressed into the foil, and the summit dates across the front.
Each summit gets a wrapper of its own rather than a reprint with the year swapped — the 2026 packs look nothing like these, which is what makes a shelf of them worth keeping.
The set was built from the summit’s own roster and its own photography — our job was turning four days of material into 176 finished cards.
Names with roles, business units, and years of tenure.
Candid shots taken across the four days in Memphis.
A short bio for each person, printed on the card back.
The 2025 Leadership Summit identity and its Memphis theming.
Redwood has done this every year since 2024. Each summit gets its own design, its own wrapper, and a set built from that year’s room — and the sets have grown with the company.

The first set. A classic white-bordered layout, before the summit had an identity of its own.

Memphis. The summit badge on every front, and years of tenure plus a written profile on every back.

The largest yet, with two wrapper designs and hand-signed executive autograph cards seeded at random.
