Turning a conference roster into a collectible network

Buying Sandlot brought owners, operators, investors, and technology and media leaders together in Philadelphia for its first youth sports business conference.

Trading Card Memories translated the event into a 61-design card series, then hand-collated the collection into 420 individual twelve-card packs.

The result was more than a conference handout. Opening, comparing, and trading the cards gave attendees a tactile reason to start conversations and a keepsake that continued telling the Summit story after the event.

Twelve-card packs built for discovery

Each attendee pack contained twelve cards selected from the broader 61-design collection. No single pack told the whole story, which made comparing pulls and trading cards part of the conference experience.

Custom foil packaging made the activation feel like a real collectible release from the first tear through the final card.
