Case study · Client work

Stallion Xchange built the 100X Stakes around the sires standing behind reining’s biggest futurities, and brought a finished 57-design card series to me to produce. They supplied the artwork. I handled the production — stock, cut, randomized collation, and custom printed foil packs.
The cards
Every card carries one stallion — where he stands, who owns him, his lifetime earnings, and the championships behind the name — all tied together with a shared Stallion Xchange card back.

Production
The artwork arrived finished. My job was the physical product — making 1,000 cards behave like a real release, then splitting them into 100 packs nobody could predict.

Stallion Xchange supplied all 57 double-sided designs finished. Production started from their files rather than from a design brief.
Printed and machine-cut to final size with square corners, so the cards handle like the collectibles they are meant to be.
Every pack holds ten cards drawn at random from the 57, so no two packs are alike and no single pack contains the full roster.
The Stallion Xchange wrapper printed on foil and heat-sealed — 100 packs, finished and ready to hand out.
Your set
A stallion roster, a futurity, a whole season — if you have the artwork or just the people, I can turn it into a set worth opening.
